    Q: How will my order be shipped?
    We use UPS Next Day Air unless Priority is requested. Your order will be packed with dry ice and shipped in an insulated cooler.
    Q: When will my order arrive?
    We ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders ship out Monday through Thursday via UPS Next Day Air to arrive in 1-2 days. Orders shipping out on Friday will ship out via UPS Priority Overnight to arrive on Saturday and additional shipping fees will apply.     Q: How much does shipping and handling cost?

    Q: What if there is no dry ice in my package?
    Dry ice is a frozen carbon Dioxide. Unlike traditional Ice, Dry Ice will not melt into a liquid, but instead transform into a gas. This process is called sublimation. If there is no dry ice inside your package, feel the product. If it's cool, then place inside the freezer or prepare by following cooking instructions. If the product is thawed, please contact us immediately.
    Q: How will I know if my order was shipped?
    Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to find out where your package is at and when it is expected to arrive.
    Q: Can you accommodate any special delivery request including next day delivery?
    Yes we can! Please call us and we will do our very best to fulfill your request. All next day deliveries will accrue a next day shipping charge. Please refer to the shipping schedule and cost page for additional details.
    Q: Are there any restrictions on where I can have my order delivered to?
    No! We ship nationwide (Hawaii and Alaska included as long as UPS delivers to your area) and deliver to both residential and business addresses however, we cannot ship to a Post Office box.
    Q: If I am not home or at my business will UPS leave my package?
    ** All UPS shipments are sent via “NO Signature Required”. It is encouraged to have someone available when your package(s) is delivered to either a residential or business address. If no one is available when the UPS driver arrives, UPS has the option to either leave the package at the door, if they feel it is safe to do so, or return the package back to the FedEx station. At this point you will become responsible to pick up your package at the UPS station or make arrangements for another delivery directly with UPS.

    AppetizersUSA strongly suggests that if you are not going to be home or at your business when your package is due to arrive, please put a note on the door saying “UPS ok to leave” and sign it. AppetizersUSA is not liable for any delivery where the customer is not available to receive the order, or the merchandise has been left at the shipment location by UPS. **
    Q: Do you have a Return Policy?
    If you provide us with the wrong shipping address we will NOT be responsible for the product. If the package is delivered on time and either you or the gift recipient is unavailable to receive the package we will NOT be responsible for the product. FedEx can leave your order without obtaining a signature. If UPS believes it is unsafe to leave the package, you must contact UPS to make arragenments for pick up at the UPS hub or reschedule delivery with UPS. The only returns accepted are those of shipping damage or spoiled product upon delivery. You must notify us within two (2) days and we will then determine what type of refund we can give you.
